Info*Engine E-Mail Broker Configuration

Here you define the configuration properties of an e-mail broker process. An e-mail broker process polls a specific mailbox for messages containing Info*Engine requests. The requests are sent to the Info*Engine server for execution. The e-mail broker process then returns the results in the form of e-mail messages to those who sent the requests.

E-Mail Server Hostname—defines the Internet domain name of the host machine on which the mail server resides.
Account User Name—defines the user name associated with the mailbox to be polled for messages.
Account Password—defines the password associated with the user name.
E-Mail Folder—defines the name of the e-mail folder in which to find messages containing Info*Enginge requests. Typically, this is the "inbox."
Administrator E-Mail Address—defines the e-mail address of the administrator.
Time Between Checks (seconds)—defines the number of seconds between checks of the mailbox.

Keep the default Delete Processed Messages? if you want messages deleted from the mailbox after they are processed.

If you select the Activate Verbose Logging? box, troubleshooting messages are written to the Naming Service and Server log files. If this check box is clear, only errors are logged.
