Replication Services

The Replication Services dialog box enables you to set Windchill replication services. You can designate server machines to replicate data or to host data that is replicated from other servers. You also can disable replication services.

Replications settings are as follows:

• Replicate data from this server — Enables this server to be a host database from which data is replicated. The Master site pushes the files to the Replica site based on a schedule that is created by the system administrator.
• Host replica data for other servers — Enables this server to host data that is replicated from other server machines. Note: If you clear Host replica data for other servers check box, the Disable all non-replication services function is disabled.
• Name of site hosting replica data — Enter the logical name that represents the host machine or set of host machines that receive the replicated data.
• Disable all non-replication services — Disables all non-replication services.

Note: If the Disable all non-replication services box is checked, you must set the property wt.intersvrcom.ultraLight to true in the wt.properties file.
