Datum Axes Datum Axes are linear references that can be used to create other features.

1. Click Datum Axes from the main toolbar (top of the screen) to enable their display.
2. Start the Datum Axis Tool from the feature toolbar (right of the screen).
3. Select the cylindrical surface shown in the following figure and click OK from the Datum Axis dialog box.
